Privacy

Your note goes to Sanskrit's owners and managers. You don't need to give your name, phone or email. If you do, we use them only to reply to this note, never for marketing, and we delete them 90 days after your note or our last reply, whichever is later.

If you speak instead of typing, your recording is sent to OpenAI to turn it into text and is deleted from our server as soon as you send your note. We keep the text of your note. Replies by text message go through Twilio and replies by email through Resend. Short notes are sorted by Anthropic's Claude so urgent ones reach staff first.

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a random ID so we can limit spam, and remembers your note for an hour so replies can reach you here.
